You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal expense tracking purposes only. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and not to misuse the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that any information you provide through the App is accurate and up to date. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
While we strive to provide accurate tracking of your expenses, Ripple does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any financial data presented. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any data entered or generated by the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated Terms within the App, and your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App may integrate with third-party services or link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services or websites.
In no event shall Raving Code Sdn Bhd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will cease.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app operator is based. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
